PEPPERONI DIP

  


I made this for superbowl - gotta love a hot dip, it's so cheesy and flavorful!


Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. pepperoni, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small can green chilis
  • 1 small can black olives (I omit due to lack of olive appreciation)
  • 1 cup mozzerella cheese
  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat all ingredients together in mixer.
  3. Bake in heated oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with toasted chunks of French bread or crackers.
